Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Tapitkardz, we take responsibility for your order from placement to production and packaging. Once handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases. If items are damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly. If your order is returned due to being undeliverable, a reshipment fee of 110% of the initial shipping charge will apply. Please provide a phone number with your order for easy contact in case of delivery issues.

Shipment Tracking Numbers

As Tapitkardz custom creates products per individual order, tracking numbers are only available after production is complete. You may be able to track your order with the provided carrier. Track Order

Turnaround Times

Standard Tapitkardz models are delivered within 5-7 days of confirmed purchase. Custom models’ shipping times vary post-design process. If production takes longer than expected, we’ll upgrade shipping to meet the estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary. In rare cases, reprinting may be necessary, causing delays.

Customs Policy for International Orders

Customs policies vary by country, and Tapitkardz has no control over these fees. It’s the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s customs requirements before placing an order. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original estimates.
