We do not accept returns. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number, and your order must not have been delivered according to carrier tracking information.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your Tapitkardz product arrives scratched or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please provide photo proof within 24 hours of delivery to support@tapitkardz.com. If the product doesn’t adhere well to your case or phone, you may receive a replacement product, not a refund.
Activation or Compatibility Issues
If you’re having trouble activating your Tapitkardz product or tapping to compatible phones, contact our team at support@tapitkardz.com We’ll provide helpful tips to resolve the issue. If the issue persists after contacting us, you may be eligible for a replacement product. If the replacement product still doesn’t work, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
If you request a refund and our team can’t confirm the defect, you may not be eligible for a refund. Once approved, we’ll email you confirming the refund. The refund will be processed within 2-4 days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Warranty
If your Tapitkardz product is damaged or loses its adhesive within the first 30 days of delivery, you’re eligible for a free replacement. After 30 days, you may be eligible for a replacement or discount code – please contact Support@tapitkardz.com to determine your eligibility.
Adhesive Loss Warranty
If your Tapitkardz product loses its adhesive between:
– 31-90 days of delivery, you’re eligible for a 100% off code to purchase a replacement
– 90 days-6 months of delivery, you’re eligible for a 70% off code to purchase a replacement
– 6 months-1 year of delivery, you’re eligible for 50% off a new order
